We provide the following programs to suit anybody’s needs.

We opened our doors in May of 2013 and have been changing lives through community driven fitness ever since. Our diverse team of coaches provides you with the best possible opportunity to help you reach your goals.

FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM

FUNDAMENTALS 
PROGRAM

To begin you must complete this 6 class designed program to break down all the major movements and lifts we use in CrossFit, as well as give the participants a great opportunity to slowly introduce their bodies to the CrossFit style of training.

Mechanics and safety are extremely important to us, and these 6 classes will leave you with the knowledge, understanding and experience to tackle all the movements properly and efficiently.

Our Fundamentals Program runs every 2 weeks, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. Each session is 1 hour in length.

UPON COMPLETION OF THE FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM, MEMBERS WILL THEN BE ABLE TO TAKE PART IN THE REGULAR GROUP CLASSES.

ONE-ON-ONE

  • We offer one-on-one fundamentals training that can be booked on a personal basis if you prefer.

  • 6 sessions $300 + GST

SEMI-PRIVATE

  • Fundamentals family and friends multiple sign up discount for 6 sessions.

  • 6 sessions/2 people $270 + GST Save 10%

  • 6 sessions/3 or more $255 + GST Save 15%

GROUP RATE

  • Maximum group of 6 people

  • 6 sessions $180 + GST

*Missed class = $30 make up fee

CLASSES

The energy and support from the community around you enables individuals to continually surprise them- selves with what they are physically and mentally capable of doing.

We keep our classes small enough to ensure plenty of one on one attention from our team of professional coaches, but also big enough that the energy from the group keeps you going. No one is left out and no one is left behind. The last athlete to finish the workout always receives the loudest cheers from the group!

GROUP TRAINING

Over the years we’ve had many family groups or groups of friends contact us to get started with CrossFit at the same time. These sessions provide the added benefit of learning something new with a group of people you’re already comfortable with while also keeping the group small to ensure plenty of one on one attention from one of our professional coaches.

PRIVATE TRAINING

For those that have more specific goals or just simply prefer the additional attention that a private session provides, we are happy to provide personal training.

Due to the broad and varied nature of the CrossFit program, individuals are usually able to recognize areas in which they need a little extra work. Personal training sessions are perfectly suited to provide an opportunity to work on whatever imbalances an athlete may have. Additionally, some people just simply prefer to workout on their own.

WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE, OUR TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL COACHES ARE VERY WELL SUITED TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS.

PRICING

  • One-on-One hourly rate $75 + GST

  • Two-on-One hourly rate $90 + GST

  • Three-on-One hourly rate $105 + GST

  • Four-on-One hourly rate $120 + GST

*A 5% discount will be applied if a 10 private session package is purchased.

Jodi is here to help you reach your overall health & fitness goals by using her knowledge and passion in nutrition. As a precision nutrition coach, Jodi will incorporate a science based approach from our world renowned body transformation program that has helped over 100,000 clients get into the best shape of their lives. She will help you meet your specific goals which could include and are not limited to improved physical performance, improved physical fitness, body composition changes, preparation for specific events, and overall health & longevity.

Learning how to move safely and efficiently is paramount to increased athletic performance as well as reduced likelihood of injury. Our kids and teens programs focus on optimal youth development, play, and physical literacy to ensure longevity in fitness through careful application of appropriate programming.

CUSTOM SPORTS PROGRAMS

CrossFit Penticton is the south Okanagan’s premier location for dry land strength and conditioning for youth sports. We service athletes and teams from multiple sports, including baseball, hockey, freestyle skiing, swimming and soccer to name a few.

ALL PROGRAMS ARE AT LEAST 4 WEEKS.

REFUND POLICY
CrossFit Penticton does not offer refunds for personal training, group classes or personal prep. We also require 24 hours notice of cancellation of a personal training session, in order to avoid being charged for the session.
